If someone asked me to describe my journey, I’d say it’s been a story of growth, learning, and embracing new challenges.
After finishing college, I stepped into the professional world through non-voice roles that taught me the value of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail. I spent years working with data, processing important information, and making sure every task was completed carefully because I learned that even the smallest details can make a big difference.
As my career progressed, I expanded into customer support, helping people through email, chat, and calls. Those experiences taught me patience, communication, and how to solve problems while keeping the customer’s needs in mind. Later, I became involved in website administration, where I worked on website migrations, supported website creation, and gained a deeper appreciation for how websites work behind the scenes.
Looking back, every role has prepared me for where I am today. The analytical mindset I developed from working with data, the communication skills I built through customer support, and the technical experience I gained from working with websites have all become stepping stones toward my next goal.
Today, I’m focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I’m learning how websites can become more visible, reach the right audience, and create real value through search. SEO excites me because it brings together everything I’ve enjoyed throughout my career—technology, analysis, creativity, and continuous learning.
I don’t see my career as a series of different jobs. I see it as one story, with each chapter teaching me something new and preparing me for the next. Right now, I’m writing a new chapter in SEO, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
